Safe Operating Guidelines / Absolute Maximum Ratings:
To safely operate this transistor do not operate it on its maximum ratings and always stay 20% below from its absolute maximum ratings. The maximum collector current of the transistor is 7A therefore do not drive load of more than 560mA. The Maximum collector to emitter voltage is 200V so do not drive load of more than 160V. Always use a suitable heatsink with the transistor. The collector of the transistor is also connected with the heatsink tab so it is important to isolate the heatsink from circuit connections and always store or operate the transistor at temperature above -65 °C and below 150°C.
